AIPMT 2012 final result has been declared on Saturday,
June 2, 2012.The students can check their results on the website
http://cbseresults.nic.in/
The declarations of the results have ended the eager wait
of aspirants who have written this exam through online and offline modes. The
examination is conducted by CBSE.
Here it is worth mentioning that 2,75,742 candidates have
applied for the AIPMT, out of which just 2,57,960 appeared for the exam.
This year only 30,788 cleared the prelims to become
entitled to write AIPMT mains exam. In the list of successful candidates of
prelims 15,620 girls have cleared the exam.
With declaration of the CBSE AIPMT results 2012, those
successful have become eligible to get admission in the various colleges across
the country.
Here it is worth mentioning that fifteen % seat of most
of the government funded medical colleges in India are filled through AIPMT.
AIPMT exam is conducted in two phases; prelims and mains.
Those who clear prelims become entitled to write mains. In preliminary
examination 200 objective questions are asked from the subjects; physics,
chemistry and biology. Those who clear AIPMT prelims get a chance to write
mains that consist of 120 objective type questions.
The declaration of AIPMT 2012 final results has brought
an end to the wait of candidates.
